Exclusive Gift Wrap

Tell us which items you'd like gift wrapped and we'll do the work for you. For just $4.25 each, gifts are wrapped in our classic paper. Registry gifts are wrapped in our distinctive wedding paper. We are also happy to include a gift message with any order at no charge. We apologize that some items cannot be gift wrapped; please call 1.888.779.5176 for details.

Give a Gift Card

Giving the gift they want is as easy as sending a Pottery Barn Gift Card. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBTeen, Williams–Sonoma, Williams–Sonoma Home or West Elm store, online or by the phone. The Gift Card will arrive with your personalized message in 7 to 10 business days. There is no shipping charge unless you opt for two–day shipping, which is an additional $6.50.

Delivery Options

Pottery Barn delivery is the fastest in the country for comparable items. Most of our items that can be delivered by UPS arrive in less than 5 days. Larger furniture items that are in stock are delivered within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location. For an additional $15 per address, items can be sent by two–day rush delivery. Note that not all items are available for rush service.
