A Champagne Party gives festive focus to the last party of the year, and having a simple, yet sophisticated, theme makes it easy to pull off.

The recipe for our great New Year's Eve bash is a simple one: lots of bubbly, a stylish set up, a few handmade touches and a great mix of guests. The setup is straightforward yet inspired: a console, or dining table, set with three different champagne drink "stations" complete with recipes and ingredients, plus everything needed to mix and serve like a pro. This allows guests to get comfortable and have fun making their own special drinks. Easy conversation and laughter are sure to follow.

Setting Up

At our New Year's Eve party, champagne goes from the drink everyone holds at 11:59 to being the festive focus of the entire evening. The plan for this party is easy to follow: a console is set up with three different champagne drink stations plus the recipes, ingredients and items needed for each guest to mix their own drink. They can enjoy their favorite or try different options throughout the evening.

To set up each station you need: champagne, ingredients for each recipe, a champagne bucket, coasters, a bowl or pitcher and one style of glasses per drink. Our stylist chose our Speakeasy Collection for this party. They're polished to a vibrant yet soft luster, and detailed with intricate etchings that echo vintage French barware. Since this is an evening in which all eyes are on Father Time, our stylist chose our New Year's Eve Appetizer Dishes. These bold black plates are printed with white and yellow clock faces. Our Caterer's Box of white linens comes with a set of twelve dinner and cocktail napkins, plus a runner and tablecloth that can be monogrammed. The caterer's box makes the linens easy to store. These crisp white linens make the sparkling glasses filled with bubbly, the silver ice buckets and polished coasters seem to shimmer.

Have plenty of cocktail appropriate drinkware at the ready including flutes. Selections from our Oro Collection make a great presentation. A recipe card for each drink and ingredients are placed front and center at each station. Recipe cards can be printed with easy–to–follow–drink recipes and make a great souvenir of the evening. Fun handmade hats are placed by the door for guests to put on as soon as they enter.
