The beauty of hosting a fruits de mer party is that the seafood platter is not only your main course – it's also the show–stopping centerpiece. Other decorative accents can be kept to a minimum and should echo the sea–life theme.
If your guest list is larger than eight, a buffet is the best approach for this party. Present the seafood and its accompaniments on a large center table; set up seating for your guests on several smaller tables placed around the room.
To add height and drama to the buffet table, select a serving piece like our Antique Silver Tiered Stand.
