How do I set up an appointment with a Design Studio Specialist?

Our Customer Care Center is staffed with Specialists Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm PT and on Saturdays between 7:00 am and 4:30pm PT. Call 1.855.679.4754 to speak with one directly.

Do they provide the same decorating services as they do in your stores?

Specialists are able to help answer questions about your space, coordinating colors and home furnishings, as well as provide helpful tips on how to maximize your space. As part of our Entertaining Services, they can also answer questions about planning your next event.

Is it possible to speak to a Design Specialist and then follow up via email? I'd like to send pictures of my room and ideas of the 'look' I'm trying to achieve.

Yes, emailing your photos, floor plans, inspiration, etc. helps our Specialists offer the best advice possible. Once you speak with a Specialist over the phone, they will provide you with a specific email address so you can begin sharing.
