Pico de Gallo

Serves 6


  • 6 red tomatoes, diced
  • ½ medium red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
  • salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ bunch cilantro, chopped


  • Mix together the tomatoes, onion and jalapeño pepper in a bowl. Cut the lime in half and use a citrus juicer to add its juice to the tomatoes. Mix in the cilantro, add salt and pepper to taste and serve or refrigerate.
