Paul Johnson's Thai-Style Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons red pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1⁄4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger, freshly grated

Makes about ½ cup

  • Mix together all ingredients and serve with fresh crab.
