Overview
Artful hand painting gives this collection the richly patterned look of 16th-century Moorish chests, which were covered with a mosaic of inlaid bone. The coffee table has a traditional octagonal shape and sits low to the ground for a relaxed feel. Store blankets, books and toys in its deep drawer. COMPOSITION & CONSTRUCTION
Overall composition of solid birch, particle board, and birch veneer. Top, drawer front, and front panel are solid birch, particle board, and birch veneer. Apron, frame, and legs are solid birch. Drawer wall is solid poplar. Drawer bottom is plywood. Solid birch drawer glides. Wooden knob. Adjustable levelers. Hand-applied oil-based finish on all sides using a multistep process, topped with a lacquer sealant.
All wood is kiln dried, a process that removes moisture from wood and ensures that it will not split, warp, crack or mildew.
Pottery Barn has established that the use of veneers for several of our furniture items provides us the opportunity to give our customers excellent quality and finishes. This furniture has flawless surfaces, consistent color tones, and will not be subject to cracking, characteristics that are often present in solid-wood furniture.

Dust with a clean, soft damp cloth; wipe dry immediately. Avoid the use of chemicals and harsh cleaning agents.

On the East Coast, New York City, Baltimore, Boston, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, Cromwell, CT, Raleigh/Charlotte, NC, and Tampa/Fort Meyers/Orlando and Miami/Fort Lauderdale, FL. For other areas, your furniture will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.

Return Policy
To help you with holiday gift giving, we are extending our return policy for gift items purchased between October 15, 2009, and December 24, 2009. If you or a recipient are dissatisfied with a gift item purchased during this time, it can be returned by January 31, 2010, for a refund of the merchandise value. For non-gift items, if you are dissatisfied for any reason within 30 days, (or within 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery) you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.
At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items which are identified by a price which ends in .99.
For returns of items purchased from your Pottery Barn registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.
