    SLIPCOVER CARE
    Gently blot spills with a clean white cloth; avoid direct heat and sunlight; dust and vacuum regularly.

    Machine Wash
    100% cotton twill, brushed canvas, brushed twill, chino, denim, everydaychenille™; 100% linen; 100% polyester everydaysuede™.

    Machine wash warm gentle cycle in a commercial washer (without an agitator). Non-chlorine bleach as needed. Tumble-dry low to medium in a commercial dryer for approx. 30–40 minutes. During drying, open dryer and pull fabric apart to ensure the center dries. Remove when slightly damp and return to furniture. Warm iron as needed. Any wrinkles will smooth out naturally. Do not line dry; weight of wet fabric may cause pulling or stretching. We recommend professional laundering. Clean all pieces simultaneously to prevent any color variances.

    SLIPCOVER INSTALLATION
    Carefully pull your new slipcover over the frame in a front-to-back direction. Smooth and tuck any excess fabric into the corners and sides of the seat deck. Once on, gently work the slipcover so that so that the zippers are aligned with the corners of the frame. The slipcover will fit snugly yet retain its relaxed look.

    Gently slide on the cushion covers, making sure that the corners of the cushion fill the corners of the slipcover before zipping.

    For loose back cushions or side pillows, fold in half when filling slipcovers. Gently work the pillows in the slipcover. Zip the slipcovers.

    For a Sleeper Sofa, follow the above steps. Then arrange the slipcover onto the sleeper so that the flap (''trapdoor'') lies along the frame of the enclosed bed frame under the seat section. The slipcover ties (or velcro) found on the flap should be tied to the sleeper mechanism to hold the flap in place. When folding out the sleeper, undo the ties and fold the flap down the front of the sleeper. For convenience, the slipcover can remain on the sleeper while using the sleeper mechanism.

    HOW TO MEASURE FOR DELIVERY
    Once you’ve determined that your new furniture will fit your space, it is important that it can be delivered through all entryways, elevators and up all stairways.

    Follow these simple guidelines to help ensure an efficient delivery:

    Measure the height and width of your entryways, including elevator doors and interiors.

    Use the furniture measurements to determine if it can go straight through entryways or if it will have to go in at an angle or on end.

    For upholstered furniture, such as sofas and chairs, measure the overall length, depth, back height and diagonal depth. Diagonal depth is helpful when determining if the piece can be brought in on end. To determine the diagonal depth, measure from the top of the back to the front of the arm. Find the midpoint of that measurement and measure from the midpoint to the lower back leg.

    Make sure that there is a clear and unobstructed path in front of and beyond each doorway. Make note of any fixtures, decorative mouldings, interior walls, ceiling heights, stairwells and banisters that may pose an obstacle once inside.

    MEASUREMENT KEY
    Back height: Measure from the floor to the top of the frame back. This dimension should be taken with all pillows and cushions removed. If feet are removable make note of the back height minus the height of the feet.

    Depth: Measure from the furthest point from front to back.

    Diagonal depth: Measure from the top of the back to the front of the arm. Find the midpoint of that measurement and measure from the midpoint to the lower back leg.

    Length: Measure from the furthest points left to right.

    Diagonal length: Measure from the corner of one edge to the opposite corner’s edge.

    At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery and 30 days for all other products, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.

    We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items which are identified by a price which ends in .99.

    For returns of items purchased from your Pottery Barn registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.
