• Masterfully crafted from mahogany, with mahogany veneers over MDF; back panel is plywood. MDF is an engineered wood that lends exceptional strength, and ensures the media system's structural integrity over time.
• The use of veneers results in high-quality furniture that has flawless surfaces and consistent color tones, and that will not be subject to cracking.
• Drawer boxes are constructed of mahogany and plywood using dovetail joinery.
• All wood is kiln dried, a process that ensures that the components will never split, warp, crack or mildew.
• Fitted with metal ring pulls and label holders with an antique-bronze finish.
• Finished by hand in espresso using a multistep process that results in exceptional depth of color, then sealed with a protective lacquer for moisture resistance.

For other areas, your furniture will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.

Surcharges
Furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky, and can be heavy, so these items have a delivery and processing surcharge; this charge is listed in parentheses after the price and is an additional charge.

In-Home Delivery Service
We are proud of our exclusive In-Home Delivery Service. When indicated, these items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled, and the packaging is taken away. Delivery is by appointment; Monday - Friday in all areas; Saturday delivery in some areas. In-Home Delivery is available in the contiguous 48 states as well as Maui, Oahu and the Island of Hawaii.

Return Policy
At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery or 30 days for all other products, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Please note: we cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Once your order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Gift registry items may be returned within 90 days of the event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever is later.
