COMPOSITION & CONSTRUCTION
Gun tufted by hand of yarn-dyed 100% Indian wool and backed with beige cotton canvas that is adhered with sythetic latex. Yarn-dyed rugs are rugs woven with pre-dyed yarns; they retain their color and quality over time. Rug is self bound, which means that instead of rug being bound with a piece of fabric, rug yarns are used to stitch around the backing. This effective binding method results in a heavier-weight rug that resists curling and maintains its quality over a longer period of time.
CARE
Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the roots of the fibers. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Turn carpet around occasionally to equalize wear. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening the pile. To prevent slippage and color transference, as well as to reduce wear and extend the life of the rug, a rug pad is recommended, standard (#4285623) or premium (#4890596) (sold separately). Do not pull, but cut any loose yarns with scissors. Remove spills immediately. Blot liquid spills with a clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly around the spill for maximum absorption. For hard-to-remove stains, consult a professional rug cleaner. Do not dry-clean. Pottery Barn can neither recommend any over-the-counter cleaning products, nor guarantee their efficacy. Store rug by rolling it front side out, wrapping it in a cloth for protection, and placing it in a dry, well-ventilated area. Do not fold rug, or store it in an airtight plastic bag.

For standard delivery of items in stock, UPS will deliver as quickly as 5 business days. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will take longer, and are delivered by UPS or USPS at our regular fees, with an additional charge of $10. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. For these addresses or APO or FPO addresses, call our Sales Department at 1.888.779.5176.
Return Policy
To help you with holiday gift giving, we are extending our return policy for gift items purchased between October 15, 2009, and December 24, 2009. If you or a recipient are dissatisfied with a gift item purchased during this time, it can be returned by January 31, 2010, for a refund of the merchandise value. For non-gift items, if you are dissatisfied for any reason within 30 days, (or within 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery) you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.
At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items which are identified by a price which ends in .99.
For returns of items purchased from your Pottery Barn registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.
