Overview

Crafted from hardwood, our Seymour armoire is strong and durable, and stands out with character and distinction. Featuring our exclusive Desa Maize painted finish, the distressed appearance reveals subtle hints of the undercoat. Shuttered doors conceal media components and more. The top compartment has a single adjustable shelf that can be removed to fit a large television. To accommodate a deeper standard television, remove the pop-out panel in back. Two cabinets below, each with two adjustable shelves, hold additional components. Doors have a wraparound design. Interior is stained antique honey. 53 x 19 x 65.5'' h (internal dimensions: 48 x 15.5 x 36'' h).

COMPOSITION & CONSTRUCTION
Overall construction of poplar, MDF (medium density fiberboard) and birch veneer.
Frame, shelves and doors are poplar, MDF and birch veneer.
Top molding, feet, and front panel are solid poplar.
Side panels are MDF with birch veneer.
Back panel is plywood.
Wood knobs and adjustable levelers.

Construction
Top panel is 5-ply.
Top molding features triangular corner blocking.
Frame and doors built with tenon and groove-and- dowel construction.
Shelves are 3-ply.
Front panel, side panel and feet are built with tenon and groove construction.

All sides antique finished with multistep oil-based finish and lacquer sealant. The characteristics of a Desa finish includeß planking, crackling, glazing, heavy distressing and chipped edges.

All wood is kiln dried, a process that removes moisture from wood and ensures that it will not split, warp, crack or mildew.

MDF, a man-made fiberboard consisting of wood fibers and resin binders, is known for its strength and stability, and is commonly used as a base for veneers. It features uniform consistency with no knots, and while it has about the same density as medium-weight hardwood, it is structurally more stable. It won't crack, and finishes adhere well to it, which results in a smooth end coat.

Pottery Barn has established that using veneers for several of our furniture items provides us an opportunity to give our customers excellent quality and finishes. By using veneers, our furniture has flawless surfaces, consistent color tones, and will not be subject to gapping, warping and cracking, characteristics that are often present in solid-wood furniture.

Dust with a clean, soft damp cloth and wipe dry immediately. Avoid the use of chemicals and harsh cleaning agents.

In-Home Delivery Service
We are proud of our exclusive In-Home Delivery Service. When indicated, these items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled, and the packaging is taken away. Delivery is by appointment; Monday - Friday in all areas; Saturday delivery in some areas. In-Home Delivery is available in the contiguous 48 states as well as Maui, Oahu and the Island of Hawaii.

Return Policy
At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery and 30 days for all other products, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items which are identified by a price which ends in .99.

For returns of items purchased from your Pottery Barn registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.
