Overview

One of the most prized textiles, velvet has been stylish and relevant in every design period since the 14th century. Soft and weighty, our cotton velvet is saturated with intense color made even more dramatic by its deep matte texture. We’ve backed it with linen/cotton to create bedding of extraordinary versatility. Diamond-quilted by hand, edged in channel stitching, and filled with polyester batting. Quilted sham has hidden zipper (insert not included). Shams are sold individually. Machine wash. Imported.

COMPOSITION & CONSTRUCTION
Quilt and sham front is yarn-dyed 100% cotton velvet; their reverse is 55% linen/45% cotton. Batting is 400-gram-weight 100% polyester; quilting thread is 100% polyester. Sham is lined with 100% cotton sheeting, and precise knife edge with hidden zipper closure along bottom edge. Both pieces are hand quilted and feature a diamond ground pattern that is bordered by channel stitching around their edges. Insert sold separately, down blend or synthetic.

Yarn-dyed fabrics are fabrics that are woven with pre-dyed yarns, and retain their color and quality after many washings. In contrast, printed fabrics are fabrics that are first woven of undyed yarns, and then printed.

CARE
Machine wash warm. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low; remove promptly. Warm iron as needed.
