Care

Machine wash separately on a low temperature, using a gentle cycle and short program (maximum 30 minutes). Tumble dry at low temperature.
Use a mild detergent, and do not use softeners or bleach.
Sizes 5' x 8'/6' x 9' and smaller can be washed in a standard washing machine. Sizes larger than 6' x 9' must be washed in an industrial washing machine.
Shedding of loose fibers is normal and will diminish with regular vacuuming.
To prevent dust and crumbs from settling into your rug, vacuum regularly and/or shake.
Do not pull loose ends. Clip them with scissors to remove.
Keep away from excessive moisture.
Use rug protectors under heavy furniture.
Professional rug cleaning recommended as needed.
