Question 1

How long does it take for the Fig & Amber diffuser to start diffusing fragrance?

Accepted Answer

The Fig diffuser typically starts diffusing fragrance within 24 to 36 hours after you place the reeds in the bottle. It comes with 5 rattan reeds. Using more or fewer reeds changes the fragrance strength and the evaporation rate of the liquid. If the scent fades, flip the reeds to refresh the fragrance.

Question 2

What size options and burn times are available for the Fig & Amber candles?

Accepted Answer

The Fig candles come in two sizes: a small 9 oz candle with an approximate 50-hour burn time and a large 22 oz candle with an approximate 80-hour burn time. The small candle measures 3" diam, 3.5" h. The large candle measures 4.5" diam, 5" h. The small has 1 cotton wick, and the large has 3 cotton wicks.

Question 3

How should the Fig & Amber products be placed or used to avoid damaging furniture and finished surfaces?

Accepted Answer

To help protect furniture and finished surfaces, follow the placement guidance for each Fig product type. For the diffuser, never place it directly on furniture, and avoid contact between the oil or sticks and furniture or fabrics. For candles, place the candle on a fireproof surface or holder. For potpourri, use a bowl or container that does not stain, and do not place the contents directly on fine furnishings or other finished surfaces.
