Question 1

How long does it take for the fragrance in the Signature Scent Collection - Paperwhite & Neroli diffuser to start diffusing?

Accepted Answer

The Paperwhite & Neroli diffuser starts diffusing within 24 to 36 hours after you place the reeds in the bottle. It comes with 5 rattan reeds. For a medium sized room, use 5 reeds for optimal performance. You can use more or fewer reeds to adjust the fragrance strength, but that also changes how quickly the liquid evaporates. If the scent fades, flip the reeds to refresh the fragrance.

Question 2

What sizes and capacities are available for the Signature Scent Collection - Paperwhite & Neroli diffuser and candles?

Accepted Answer

The collection includes diffusers in 3.4 oz and 9.7 oz, and candles in 9 oz and 22 oz. The 3.4 oz mini diffuser measures 3.5" w x 1.5" d x 4.25" h. The 9.7 oz large diffuser measures 4" w x 2.25" d x 5.25" h. The 9 oz small candle has an approximate burn time of 50 hours, and the 22 oz large candle burns for about 80 hours.

Question 3

How should you use and maintain the Signature Scent Collection - Paperwhite & Neroli diffuser and candles for best results?

Accepted Answer

For the best results, use the Paperwhite & Neroli collection by setting up the diffuser with the right number of reeds and maintaining the candles by trimming the wick to 1/4" before each burn. For the diffuser, place the reeds in the bottle and allow 24 to 36 hours for the fragrance to diffuse. Use 5 reeds in a medium sized room, or adjust the number of reeds to make the scent stronger or lighter. If the diffuser fragrance dissipates, flip the reeds. For candles, place them on a fireproof surface or holder and stop use when the wax burns to within 1/2" of the base or holder. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
