How do I place an order to ship to the United Kingdom?
To place an order to ship to the United Kingdom, please contact Customer Service. To contact Customer Service from the United Kingdom, please call 0808.234.2668 (toll free from land lines, please check with your mobile phone provider for applicable rates) 7 days a week, 2:00 pm - 2:00 am (GMT/BST as applicable).
To contact Customer Service from within the United States, please call 1.866.851.3067 7 days a week, 5:00am - 6:00pm (PT).
You may also fax your order form to (00)1.702.363.2657 or email your order form to potterybarninternationalcustomerservice@wsgc.com and a Customer Service associate will begin processing your order and contact you to complete the transaction.

What products am I able to ship to the United Kingdom?
We are currently only shipping smaller–sized items to the United Kingdom including "Bedding", "Accessories", "Dinnerware & Entertaining", select "Bath", and select "Rugs, Pillows & Windows". Please contact Customer Service for a specific item's eligibility.
Items under "Furniture & Upholstery" and "Lighting" are ineligible. In addition, we are unable to ship larger–sized items, items delivered using our in–home delivery service, electronics, food, knives, room sprays or other aerosols, botanicals and leather goods made of exotic leather. We are unable to gift wrap items for international shipment at this time. Customers are responsible for checking to see whether or not an item can be imported into the United Kingdom. What forms of payment for orders being shipped to the United Kingdom do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Network. We do not accept debit cards, cash, checks, gift cards or the Pottery Barn Credit Card.
Your credit card will be charged in United States dollars. Customers are responsible for any fees charged by the credit card company for foreign exchange and any other fees. Back to top
What is included in the amount I pay for my order being shipped to the United Kingdom?
Payment to Pottery Barn is for the merchandise and shipping only. The recipient is responsible for paying custom duties, taxes, and any additional custom clearance fees upon delivery to UPS.
The Value Added Tax (VAT) rate depends on the commodity type. Please contact the United Kingdom HM Revenue and Customs for details. The standard VAT rate is 17.5%. VAT = (merchandise purchase price + shipping + customs duties) * VAT rate.
The custom duties vary by product and country. Please refer to the United Kingdom HM Revenue and Customs for specific details and to obtain estimates of custom duty rates. The United Kingdom HM Revenue and Customs contact info is as follows:

How can I cancel my order being shipped to the United Kingdom?
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service.
If your order is cancelled, the product must be returned to Pottery Barn. Customers are responsible for any direct fees associated with the return, including the shipping, custom duties into the United States, and taxes into the United States. You will be credited for the original costs incurred on the order including the merchandise cost, shipping cost, duties and taxes. Back to top

Can I ship a large furniture item to a Hawaiian shipping address?
Yes. We are now offering shipment of large furniture and oversized items to Maui, Oahu and the Island of Hawaii. There will be an additional surcharge of $350 per order. This surcharge is in addition to regular delivery charges. When ordering online, your order will be processed without this additional fee, and the additional shipping surcharge will be applied separately to your order. Back to top
