Rich in flavor and striking in color, the Pomegranate Martini Cocktail has become the cocktail of choice over the past few years. The pomegranate's signature tart flavor gives it the perfect blend of sweet and sour.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts Bacardi O®
  • 2 parts Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice
  • 1 part fresh lime juice
  • ¾ part of Triple Sec® or Cointreau®
  • A splash of Martini & Rossi® Prosecco
  • 1 lemon wedge or pomegranate slice

Preparation

  • Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge or a slice of fresh pomegranate.
