Standard Flameless Wax Pillar Candle - Ivory

Overview

Realistic looking wax exterior and a faux-wick embedded in the center of the candle.
LED light source with on/off switch in the base of the candle.
Lifelike amber flame flickers for a realistic touch.
Available in diameters ranging from 3" to 8" and heights of 3.5" to 14".
Unscented.
Each candle requires two C batteries; stays lit for 500 hours (not included).
Each 3.25" diameter candle requires two C batteries (not included).
Batteries not included.
Indoor use only.
Imported.
Wipe clean with a damp or dry cloth as needed.
Programmable 4-8 hour timer.
For desired start time, press green button to turn candle on.
Press and hold the green button for six seconds until the candle blinks.
Count the number of blinks near the top of the candle; one blink represents 4 hours of candle time, two blinks equals 8 hours of candle time.
Release button when number of blinks equals the candle “on” time you desire.
If settings are not changed, the candle will turn on at the same time every day.
Press green button for 1 second to deactivate timer.

This is a General shipping item.

For standard delivery of in-stock items, UPS will deliver as quickly as 5 business days.
Standard delivery and processing charges are calculated based on pre-tax order total.
Next-Day delivery is available to most destinations for an additional fee. Not all products are eligible for next day shipping.

Return Policy

Our Quality Guarantee: We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. Within 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery and 30 days for all other products, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.

Items Ineligible for Returns: We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items which are identified by a price which ends in .99.

Registry Returns: For returns of items purchased from your Pottery Barn registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever is later.

You may return merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. For detailed procedures for returning items through the mail, please contact Customer Service at 1.888.779.5176, 7 days a week, 5:00am - 9:00pm (PT).

FRONT DOOR DELIVERY

With Front Door Delivery, your item ships from our Distribution Center by UPS and arrives to your home within 4-5 business days of order receipt.

PICK UP IN STORE

Select items are eligible for pick up at your local store. In-stock items can be picked up 2 hours after your order is placed at no additional cost. Eligible non-stocked items can be Shipped to Store for a reduced flat-rate shipping fee, starting as low as $19.99 (on orders up to $399). UPS STANDARD DELIVERY + PROCESSING CHARGES

Add $8.50 for each gift wrap. For next day delivery, add $26.00 per address. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer and oversized items are not eligible for next day delivery.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY + PROCESSING

For an extra charge of $26.00 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 4pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed on Friday after 4pm PT through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Next day delivery service is not available for out-of-stock items, personalized items or for items shipped directly from the vendor.

EASY RETURNS

At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. With valid proof of purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Items that aren’t eligible for return are:

Monogrammed items
Made-to-Order (MTO) items
